::drop/::empty would be a very handy command for mainly skillers

Why Would This Be A Good Command ?

When people are woodcutting, this command would be very helpful.
Also, for other skills. E.g Mining - dropping ores is painfully slow, Smithing possibly ? Herblore - dropping the herbs is also slow !

If you can just do ::empty it would make herb far easier and making it more common for people to have.
