Guys, this is gonna be short, but if you are gonna buy a blue party hat anytime soon, you must read this !

A simple but affective note. When you are buying a blue phat, ask the seller to wear it first, if it appears on their head like a normal phat, then it's legit, BUT, if its some weird glitched weapon, DO NOT BUY IT, IT IS A SPAWNED ONE !!!!  I'm sure most of you know this already, but all you people who are new to the game might not no, SO KEEP THIS IN MIND !

no prob dude, i just posted cos when i buy blue party hats, i ask them to wear it, and they're like UGGHHH I'VE BEEN SCAMMED :O  Just keeping people up 2 date with scams...
